Description

Automatic Lipstick Single Side Labeling Machine is specially designed according to the samples cosmetic components like Mascara lipsticks and concealers products.

Features of Lipstick bottom labeling machine:

• 4. One rolling device for all the products. To label another product, just need to change the clamping device.

Products are sent from the up stream conveyor (or manual loading)→transported by conveyor→infed in the rolling device→signal detecting→the signal of product detection (label absorbing for preparation) →label is sent rapidly on the required position→inspecting→detecting→qualified products are discharged by the conveyor.

D. 12 station batch-type divider, maximum labeling speed

E. Adjustable label printing device:

Knob for horizontal adjustment, vertical adjustment device is installed in the printing frame.

F. Rolling device:

For all the products. To label another product, just need to change the clamping device.

G. Machine cover:

The frame is made of aluminum, for dust-proofing and safe operation. Equipped with universal wheels for easy movement.

H. Optional:

Inspection system and elimination device, to eliminate products that are not labeled.
