Troubleshooting

(1) Power supply and power-off: Check the power supply source and the fuse beside the power outlet and the fuse is 16A / 110V. Check whether the power button is pressed (powered off).
(2) When the marking action is abnormal: Check whether the marking position is normal, if normal, then check whether there are foreign matters blocking the action mechanism, and checking each spring is normal or the fence position is normal. Check whether the HMI parameter settings are normal. Check the relevant electric eye is normal.
(3) When the conveyor belt does not run: Check whether the conveyor belt speed is adjusted too slowly, check whether the operating mechanical components are blocked, check the HMI settings and check the automatic star button is on.
(4) When the label on the product is not in the right labeling position on the product,because peeling plate is loose,adjust the clamping sponge axial, it should neither be too loose nor too tight or adjust the spring tension of the brake band under the peeling plate.
